Leaseholds

Most flats and some houses are Leasehold and many leases consist of pages of legal jargon. If the Lease has not been properly drawn up, you could have difficulty in, say, ensuring that your neighbour upstairs keeps your roof in good repair.

There may be a Management Company that controls the building and levies service charges.

Friis & Radstone can explain the terms of the Lease to you and make sure that you understand your rights and obligations.

We check all past accounts and charges to make sure that you know exactly what you will be paying for.
